Urbana is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Urbana follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went to the food truck today and ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich with no mushrooms and extra mayo/banana peppers. Came as ordered and was tasty but VERY greasy. I thought maybe it was the extra mayo but the of container is covered in grease πŸ˜•

i got the inferno pasta and the total was under $17 and it took about ten minutes. This was genuinely one of the best pastas i ever had. I feel reborn after eating this. It was so good i had to save it for later just so i can taste it again. It’s spicy, but not too spicy, smokey and very creamy. I would definitely recommend this plate and i will be coming back πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ€πŸ˜‹

First time trying this food truck and was impressed. Reccomend the inferno pasta. I had it with the chicken and it had a touch of heat but not arc of the covenant face melt. Portion size was huge; pictures don't do the serving size justice. Four stars as expect to spend 15 per person. Will go again.

OBSESSED!! Went to Pastamania on my lunch break today. I ordered the Jambalaya that comes with bread and a cup of chili. I actually ordered extra bread because I love me some bread and ate my extra order on my drive back to work. This bread, this crispy, soft, moist, flavorful bread was so good it had me going back to the foil it was wrapped in and making sure I didn't miss any crumbs. I could feel an addiction forming. The bread was crispy on the edges, soft on the innards, and has a crispy cheese baked on top. The bread had so much flavor!! Once I got back to work I opened the chili, very well packaged and piping hot!! I was very impressed with the fresh ingredients on top with the melted cheese. The chili is perfection, a classic feel good chili, or at least in my opinion, it was perfect. The meat was tender and flavorful, the peppers, onions, beans, everything was cooked perfectly. Onto the jambalaya, I don't know how they cook their sausage but HOLY WOW it is amazing. The flavor, the texture, everything. The chicken, even though a bit dry, was packed with flavor and because of the sauce still very good. The noodles and peppers were the perfect consistency and every ingredient
